10, no question. When you consider we're playing like that without Ireland, Adam, or Huth, it really is quite incredible.
He is a fantastic manager.

9. Great performance but think he needs to take WP and NZonzi to one side about going down easy. We don't want to be going down that road. Other than that very small observation well done Hughes.

10 He got it spot on. Not many people were clamouring for Palacios to start and i thought he was superb,we controlled the midfield bar the first 10 minutes,he pushed Nzonzi into the more advanced role and he too was immense. He proved today that he is tactically aware and that he knows and trusts the players at his disposal. He even bought a youth teamer onto the bench,I know his hands were tied due to availability but I really can't fault him today at all.

10 As sidlittlesballbag mentioned above, not many of us would have put WP in the starting lineup but it certainly worked a treat Hughes has done wonders with the squad he inherited, we're passing it around with ease and Whelan looks like a totally different player this season as does Charlie Adam. The additions of Arnautovic, Ireland and Odemwingie have added a new dimension to the team. But most of all... the buzz is back and we're enjoyable to watch again.

10 - I like the bloke a lot. He's essentially a miserable bastard, which I approve of and although he's moaned about the specific incidents that have led to us being a bit short he hasn't moaned a jot about the strength of the squad. He's just given people their chance and kept them in when they've taken it. Real good management. I really doubted him when he said his teams come good in the second half of the season but he is cock on. I would fancy us against anyone right now, anyone.

Given we had 5 players missing ( 6 with Etherington ) who would potentially have started that was immense

mark hughes came here with a chance to rebuild his rep .the jury has been out for most of the season.his affection for jon walters and his reluctance to play guidetti after signing ireland to free up the space .put me in a negative mood towards him. put if he is any sort of a manager then the starting eleven today should start the rest of the season .if i see jon walters again this season i think i will eat my own bollocks .the last two games have exposed him as being a poor choice and far short of the quality needed at this level .just a note congrats to mr coates and co for the gamble on changing manager .the football is back and its great

I thought when he took over give him a chance, and we have had some highs and some lows but it's been obvious that it was developing, now it just seems to have clicked. We play as a team the lads seem to be enjoying it at last ,well done sparkie ,think we can trust you with our football club

He's cost me money in bets with mates as I couldn't see a way out with pointless tip tap crap with no end product, Arnies run in the team and the Odemwingie master class signing has guaranteed another season in the Premier Leage.
6 from me then.

The disconnect between his immense on-pitch character and somewhat arseholeish in-dugout persona at previous clubs (to an opposition fan) with the pretty shy and dour interviewee we see every week is very amusing. But strip all the monotone stuff back and what he actually says is normally relatively tub-thumping and remorselessly positive! AND he seems genuinely liked by the squad. I dunno if this is a change from previous clubs or whether his QPR experience had changed him a little bit. Anyway, goo on Hughesy lad.

10. Just a superb performance. I was hoping he would give the young lad ward a couple of minutes at the end when it went 4-1. But what a bloody performance
