The 3-1 win, great timing for the club to release the season ticket dates. A result at Villa an even greater boost.

I've not really regretted not renewing and whilst I've enjoyed most of the games I've been to I just find I like picking and choosing my games around work and other passtimes. So no not tempted.

As said above. I went when we were in the 3rd division and seen us get mullered at some awful grounds so as long as I can afford one I'll be there. If these performances continue and prices don't go up I can see fans returning again big time

Let's face it, most would renew whatever our league position (provided above 17th) or style of play was. But there are maybe three thousand ish for whom these things matter, and getting them to renew is very important for the club and any future expansion plans.

Having been a Season Ticket holder continuously for the last 130 years (approximately) next season will be no different.

Any indication as when they are announcing prices? I thought they had usually done it by now

Any indication as when they are announcing prices? I thought they had usually done it by now You'd imagine they would announce the prices this week - basically no change to most seats I expect. I think they delayed to allow our current good run (now one defeat in seven games) to gain a bit of momentum.

We support our local team no matter what league we are in and if finances are in place for families then it's a no brainer.
Prices are really cheap.
I'm getting one and I love it when I've committed for another season of prem football at the Brit.

Not me. I've not used mine since Christmas and I can honestly say I haven't been bothered by missing the match. Fo instance, yesterday afternoon I was in The Range with my wife and I said to her I had noticed how I wasn't feeling any excitement that there was a match on. She said she thought it was a shame and I agree. It's been like that for a couple of years now; no feeling of anticipation; no mounting excitement as I walk down Gordon Banks Way; no buzz as I go up the steps from the Boothen concourse. It's all just gone flat, so I can't see the point in spending the cash. In fact, I've already spent next season's ticket money on a telescope, which I anticipate will give me mañy years of pleasure.

Most games are played in the daylight, so how will you be able to see the stars? Unless you're perving on your neighbours???

Think they are trying to make it easier to pay, allowing people to pay by debit card by more than one instalment. I assume without interest.

In The Range!!!
I was forced, yes literally forced in there kicking and screaming for the first time last week. I've never seen such a pile of shit under one roof.
And as for the telescope purchase isn't that used for looking at little white dots at night ???, whatever floats your boat I suppose but seems pretty useless, especially in the day.

Me and my lad won't be.... He's off to uni and I dunner fancy trips down on my tod Sorry stoke You'll both be able to take in the odd game when he's home. They get shit loads of time off and it feels like a proper treat when you do get to a game. Seats right next to one another are a bit of a challenge. There again we always want three, one for my Dad too. We generally gets seats fairly close together but not always adjacent. Its not the end of the world honest. Good luck to your lad too. Our experience last year was the first few weeks are tough before they really settle in properly.
