'I'm gonna trust him on this one - he's been getting it right almost non-stop since the beginning of December and I'm just sitting back and loving those wins coming our way!'
The above is from an earlier post. Winning is entertainmment in my book therefore I am being royally entertained presently.
If anyone who is going tonight and would care to post a summary, I'd be very grateful.

My personal view is that TP has adapted his tactics to cover the loss of Eustace and to a lesser extent Neal.
Clarkey hasn't got the engine that Eustace has and can't cover the same ground. By allowing Clarkey to play a little deeper gives him a bit more time on the ball and not spend all game chasing from box to box.
The 2nd half performances certainly seem aimed at being able to last 90 minutes.
When/if we have all our players available (and fully fit), I think we could see us being able to adopt a similar approach but able to get forward later into the game.

Anyway, when I was talking to TP (briefly) outside Florence last night...... as one does.
I told him he had a 'problem', namely at lot the natives reckonned we should have been wiping the floor 2nd half vs Watford and they were a bit disgruntled that we weren't.
It's all about expecations said the Great One, to which I replied 'verily O Lord' and buggered off before I made a prat of myself.

Very civil of you PP! TP is right and he is doing his best to reduce those expectations It is a fact of footballing life that a team at home is normally expected to attack the opposition TP has had the benefit(?) of starting both terms, with us having very low expectations for our team He can therefore use whatever formation he likes and the crowd is quite rightly delighted when we win/draw That expectation will change................ already we are talking of the playoffs and soon we will be expecting our heroes to thrash the teams hovering near to the foot of the table No pressure yet..... but it will come
