Arnie was superb with touches and vision, also Ireland consistently winning balls and tracking back.

I reckon Ireland had the most positive influence Could this have been influenced by playing Nzonzi and Ireland in the middle? Thought both had cracking games today….. A good handful of players are in with a shout of MOM today……..which is a good sign !!

Apart from missing two pretty easy chances, i thought Ireland was great today and probably my MOTM. There was a lovely understanding between Ireland, Arnie and Crouch and some of the pass and move was fantastic (for us). It was also great to see Arnie playing with the occasional smile on his face too. Him and Odemwingie really seemed to enjoy themselves today and i'm sure they both play their best when they do.

Played brilliant. Hoping the goal will give him the confidence, Loved his Rabona cross as well! Everyone jizzed when Hazard did it, Arnie did it at a far more difficult angle too

Goes to show that we can play football and win games without SJW's 'Ard Work What was interesting was that Arnie seemrd(SP0 seemed to take on the "Waters" role of doing the chasing down & trying to get back to help the defence. He was involved in the game for the full 94 minutes - top effort & contribution.

Outstanding today chased down every lost ball, strong in the challenge, fantastic vision and shooting. Anybody know what that celebration was all about, looked happy then seemed to start shouting angrily for some reason? Might have misinterpreted it however.

Ryan for me.
Faced a difficult challenge with Andy Carroll and played him well. And that headed pass from Ryan that set up the 3rd goal was worth the admission money alone.
Arnie was excellent in the second half particularly and is beginning to look like he is going to be a SCFC legend.

Said from day 1 he is the sort of player who is going to need time and we probably won't see the complete best of him until next season,,but we are starting to see glimpses of what to expect I reckon!

It was obvious, that a more creative, short passing game the Team can deliver, when Ireland is on the field (instead of a Player like Walters). Hope, everyone who is still doubtfully with Arni could see today what he can be worth of......great technic, strong Body, very fast, huge shot at the end (from around 30m) and a big Goal!!!
It would be great if Arni can stabilize.

Arnie was class today, worked his bollocks off, scored the winner and fucking spunked over Wet Sham. Its a tough one for MOTM, But it has got to be between Arnie, Ireland and Ode. I also thought that N Zonzi and Crouchy had fine games as well and Muniesa also looked composed when he came on.

I reckon Ireland had the most positive influence While he played with skill around the pitch, hey gets a big fat ZERO for his 2 golden chances missed in front of goal !

Arni had a great 25 mins - didnt look the best in the first half. Crouch, Whelan, Nzonzi and Shawcross also stood out but in truth hard to pick out anyone who didnt do their part.
