The only thing I disagree with him on this is the Walters sending off. Other than that he's pretty much spot on, which is worrying.

Some decent points re the strikers but you can tell he hates us as its a little personal. Unfair comments about the Walters challenge it was just late.

When you consider that Durham is usually a wind up merchant of the highest order, I can't help it, but I cant see anything to argue with, save for his assessment of the penalty being a gift. As a Premier League club, our options up front are quite frankly inexcusable. Do I think gudietti is the answer? the jury is still out, he needs game time that is for sure. Is Crouch past his best? well yes, but then Crouch in his prime would only visit a place like Stoke once a year. Is Walters gifted? certainly not, is he good enough? not really. Are we a physical unit in defence? sure we are and we do sail close to the wind, but I find it a little funny that he states that we dont get punished for it. Wilson is a complete liability, 90% of a game he is fine, but he makes far too many basic and costly errors.

I bet super John would love to meet him. Maybe he needs to be told on a tabloid he's an awful broadcaster. He's been a bit too personal for my liking and over stepped the mark.

The Daily Mail, quite possibly the most pointless waste of paper ever. Also Mr. Durham is as pointless as the paper & an utter thundercunt.

It's true what he says though, we do need two quality strikers with pace and power next season and I would say a right winger too. We would have a very good first eleven then.

Adrian Durham's football qualifications are what?Coach?Player? manager?Kit man? No.His opinions are completely without authority. He's not Hansen or Lineker or Shearer.Hes just the gobbiest kid in the class and therefore not worth a minute of anyone's time.

You have to hand it too him,he is good at his job. And to be honest, bar a couple of points, he is pretty much bang on with everything he has said there.

I'd have more respect for him if he'd mention the chronic lack of backing that Hughes has had, as a major contribution to the lack of pace in the side.
That's what you call proper research.

I thought although largely accurate, the entire article smacked of a personal campaign and I would be surprised if his superiors din't have a word. Journalists are "Supposed to be impartial".
I would be more concerned if he was the Stoke manager but to berate a player as the "worst" in the premiership is harsh. Hope SJW doesn't take a liking to his wheel trims for his sake. =)

I suspect it was payback time after his mate Bidmead's disciplary last week. Durham normally lets it fester for a bit longer. He's losing his touch.

I don't take much notice what Durham says about us as it's obvious he doesn't like us and he tries to belittle us whenever he can. As for his newspaper column,as stated above they are his opinions and are as valid as mine although I would argue that I know more about football than him. When we get slagged off in the media it doesn't bother me one iota and it surprises me that it seems to wind up a few of my fellow Stokies.

Stoke need strikers in the summer?
We needed them at least two summers ago.
Pulis for wasting money and Coates for providing little current backing are to blame.
We'd have got the cash back this season in league places alone with some decent strikers.

Malky Mackay was on Goals on Sunday said every team would love a Walters and he would know Durham a Radio presenter knows Fuk all. For all you Walters haters the next three games with show you how vital he is to us .

'Stoke need new strikers story'. What an insightful piece of journalism written after yet more intensive and pain staking research by Durham, the man who puts the Low into Lowest Common Denominator. I look forward to his upcoming articles 'Suarez dives too often' and 'Cardiff used to play in blue you know'.
If ever a man deserved to be completely ignored by the whole world it's him (which I know is ironic as I'm posting about him).

He clearly hates Stoke. I really don't think I have read a more biased report...ever. There is not one positive comment on Stoke. He states the Stoke strikers aren't good enough yet in the same breath claims Wolfswinkel and Hooper are prolific!!! We all know Crouch and Walters are no world beaters but they are no worse than 50% of the other strikers in this league. It's a long time since I've been so wound up by an article. This man is a total and utter dick. How some journalists find employment is a perpetual mystery.

The day i trust Adrian Durham's judgement before my own eyes is the day i give up watching Stoke and find a far more sensible way to spend my Saturday afternoons.
