It's embarrassing, undignified and juvenile, provides the media with another opportunity to brand our supporters as ignorant, low life scum and as a consequence gives the club and the city a bad name.
Nobody outside of Stoke can see the justification for the vilification of Ramsey.
We’re the ‘baby eating’ pit bull terrier ‘devil’ dogs of the football world. We can hardly complain about the treatment of Shawcross by their supporters if our response is to dish out the same abuse to Ramsey.
And what good does it do if all we achieve is to psyche up the opposition.

I think every Stoke fan wants all this fucking dogshit to end but for as long as the jumped martyr baits us with his pointing and "Shhhhh" celebrations and frankly cuntish statements like "an injury like mine, it's the worst thing you could have happen to you on a football pitch", he's getting it from all four sides of The Brit.
The boy is a cunt and he, along with Wenger, have dragged our captain, our club and everyone associated with the name Stoke City through the mud for four years in a factless, agenda driven, slanderous media campaign. That's why the abuse will never end. Not until he has the maturity and decency to admit it was an accident and a line has been drawn under the accident.
I won't hold my breath though.

Ramsey's an arsehole but whether you like it or not Shawcross and Stoke get press abuse everytime the crowd responds to Arsenal booing Ryan.
If we know we're better than the Arse, which we do, then there's just no need to rise to the bait.

This is the society full of sh't where we live.. Where people are battles for them life in Ukraine, and a stupid manager and fan moan about a f'ck"ng accident happened 4YEARS AGO on a football pitch. Really Embarassing. They deserve the treatment, but for one time I will like to hear total silence when Ramsey touch the ball. Thank u mates!

I haven't seen them come down here and fancy it once myself... the hatred and intimidation is what we do well and like the pit bull if you get to know us as a breed we're bloody lovely but piss us off and we'll have yer leg!! Ramsey is a C**t for reasons stated many times in the arsenal thread already and deserves every bit of abuse he gets. The media hate and mock us anyway so sod what they think and say, let them call us thugs, i don't want to be the next Fulham... rather orks that than a bunch of gutless southern tarts! I love it when there's hate in the air at these kinds of games, real buzz around the place, i remember as a young lad loving the abuse Commons got when he returned to the Brit. Sadly peg leg can't receive that treatment on Saturday because once again he forgot to drink his milk but if we can piss a few aresnal fans off with both support for Ryan and mocking ramsey then great. Throw in some abuse for the french twat and hey presto you've got an atmosphere... our lads will love it and with any luck will get something out of the game. Sod rolling over, being the "bigger" men, turning the other cheek or giving them a brake, dirty arsenal bastards.

So we have Arsenal fans on Twitter saying they're coming up to Stoke to kick pregnant womens heads in and Stoke fans are putting up threads crying about us abusing little Aaron FFS

Couldn't care in the slightest about how people perceive our club and our fans. I will boo Ramsey for 90 minutes just like I'll boo every other Arsenal player and I hope the atmosphere is so disgusting that Wenger feels the need to come out in the press and criticize us again, it'll be music to my ears.

they had made their minds up about us before the little prick broke his leg, ever since we beat Arsenal in 2008 by not letting them play their own way, whatever we do is not going to make the slightest difference now.
Arsenal fans send death threats to Shawcross and Martin Taylor, they are heard on global tv singing 'you should've been shot on the coach' to Adebayor, they make gas chamber hissing noises to Spurs fans and no one gives a flying fuck. We can't win here so we might as well piss them off as much as possible.

and i quote this moron.........."I love it when there's hate in the air" un bloody believable What? Hatred doesn't make for an electric atmosphere? Would the old firm derby have the same buzz if there wasn't deep seated hate built in there? Not saying us and arsenal is anything like on that scale but football's a great vent for anger and emotions. I hate arsenal and i think it's key for match day atmosphere. Or would you prefer us to all clap and sing nice, child friendly songs about our team and how happy we all are?

When Ramsey admits that he was the unfortunate victim in a 50/50 challange, and not a survivor of the Texas Chainsaw massacre, then i will stop giving him shit. Until then the repulsive little shit deserves everything he gets.

OP is right. We all know what really happened, but the club's support can never come out of this looking anything other than suspect. We have to move on - and rise above it.

And he has to apologise to Ryan I don't think he does really Salop, and I cant imagine Ryan being anything other than embarrassed by some of our support - well meant as it is. Like I said its our support that ends up looking twisted and unsporting to everyone else...and we should give a shit about that.

Ryan will always be the pantomime villain in this piece, because pantomime is exactly what it is.

The history has already been written. Nothing that happens on Saturday will have any long term affect on Stoke fans. If we sat there like a tennis crowd for 90 mins this weekend, we'll still see all these bullshit stories and blogs years down the line.... disgusting stoke fans, hate campaign on Ramsey etc etc.
Quite frankly, the media and the rest of the country can think and portray whatever the fuck they want. Ramsey, Wenger, Flamini, Wilshere, and anyone else who is (or ever has been) associated with that shit house club is getting 90 minutes of hell.
Everyone is fair game.

Ryan will always be the pantomime villain in this piece, because pantomime is exactly what it is. You are right, **************; someone has to be the pantomime villain. It's the way the business works. We are the lowest form of comparator. And it was always eye-bleedingly likely, given our history since the late 1960s, that it would be us (and even more especially given Their Tone). After all, it is hardly just the-Arse-thing, is it? tbh, I think we do it quite well? As for what the rest of the world thinks about the club and all Stoke fans (The People of Stoke-on-Trent ) ... Well, if it is relying on the back page of the fanzine and topics on 'ere and the like (I assume, Twatter etc, by now?) then I won't be worrying too much about the opinion(s) they form. The publicly-expressed opinions won't change, **************; it will never be seen as us taking the moral high ground. Being annoying kept the club in the limelight for the last six years ... No point in shooting the golden goose now
