The curse of the Europa League strikes again? Or letting one of Your Ki players leave and signing David N'Gog. He's just been sacked, gutted. Seemed like a decent bloke.....might be good for us though!!!! Keep dropping please Swans!!!

Tazi, you may get your wish Swansea will have new manager syndrome when they play us Nope they are fooked I'd say . All the players will be devastated and how long will it take to find a manager to play tippy tappy football.

Stupid move by Jenkins and Swansea. 4 days before the derby game as well. Bet Cardiff can't wait. Relegation looms

Really must be silly season to sack a manager just after the transfer window closed. If you were going to do it then do it before or during the window to allow the new manager to make changes.

Crazy decision. But you know if we'd been thumped by Man Utd Hughes could have gone. The way football is for many clubs. We'd have been in the relegation zone if we'd lost but are gung-ho because we won and sit in 11th place. Stupidly marginal decisions.
Admire the way West Ham stuck by Allardyce and he's proved them right. Superb manager being allowed to manage through a rough patch in the hardest league in the world.

I think they thought he was going at the end of the season anyway and didn't want a lame duck in a relegation fight.

Not the first time it's happened though not saying Laudrup was doing a good job but if they were going to get rid should have done it at Christmas

Thing is he was off in the summer anyway.
Poor run of form, bizarre signings in this window, sacking of his back room staff all adds up to adios Michael.
They have been poor since their League Cup Final and need turning around big time... The shambles at West Ham was the final straw me thinks.

Pundits were wanking themselves off over them again at the start of the season? Yeah don't get me wrong they are still a good team but Laudrup has not added much. Injuries have cost em as well as a long season in the Europa. Without Bony coming good of late they would be in deep shit, could still be after Saturday. Cardiff will win this next derby.

Strange to think we have sruggled so much to find strikers yet Laudrup pretty much found two in successive seasons... Laudrup will be a top coach I have no doubt about that

Who knows but if it is the scouting team they are probably worth a transfer fee themselves...in an era when Strikers are as rare as money tree seeds they came up trumps

Bony came for big bucks and has only produced of late. Swansea are not the same attacking threat that they were, also missing Dyer who provided a lot by stretching defences. They are in trouble but sacking Laudrup now appears to be a desperate measure to instill something back into the team. They will be scratching their heads in Swansea tonight.
