Who would you pick?
Whelan for me, with Charlie very close behind.

Adam for me but I thought Crouch played well, the head butt in the face seemed to piss him off in the right way today. a littl word for Butland too made a few good saves and did't look out of place in a huge game very encouraging from a no3 keeper.

Flapped a bit though didn't he, looked a little suspect to me.

Adam - but let down by some poor dead ball delivery.
Arnie - for the last 55 mins + Glen too.

Crouch for me -really fired up and fought for anything that came near him. Some of Charlie's corners were terrible.

Whelan ... his best game in a Stoke shirt to date.
Adam played well at times but let's not pretend that his dead ball delivery in the first half was absolutely shocking.

Agree with above - cant be Charlie when he wasted so many set piece opportunities. Thought Crouch was very good too.

Whelan was superb.
Every now and then Whelan plays so well ina small run of games that I think he's the answer to our midfield problems. Can Hughes get him to maintain that form over a prolonged spell, that's the question.

This for me, Whelan was awesome today and pipped it because Charlie must have wasted 5-6 good dead balls today!

Adam then Whelan then Arnie.
He did fuck up a load of set pieces but he also drove us forward and provided a catalyst for the comeback. That's why I think he deserves it anyway.

Whelan for me , although I thought Cameron played well and Adam was let down by his set play delivery but played very well otherwise.

Perhaps "small number of games" is a bit harsh. My point is that I hope he sustains this long-term, which he has never managed in his previous good spells (last third of 2008/09, last third of 2010/11, first third of 2012/13).

I'm going to go with Charlie. He was the heartbeat of the team, constantly driving us forward. It's a crying shame though that he let himself down with some dreadful set-piece delivery.
Honourable mentions also to Whelan, Crouch and Cameron.

We are definitely missing Bego .

Sorry mate he's a passenger at times and the amount of bollockings handed out by Hughes and Bowen continue to rise match by match from the sideline.
