The pitch level at the Britannia Stadium is lower than the ground level outside the stadium. The first 11 rows of seats are lower than the outside ground level.
The disabled / wheelchair area is on Row 12 which means a flat (level) access for disabled spectators.
I presume that the ticket office can provide you with further details.
