Hopefully someone on here can help. When leaving an employer, when should they pay you any outstanding statutory holiday pay that is owed?
Should it be with your final wage and is there a time limit it should be paid in?

Pretty sure it is with your final pay packet, and should be on the normal day that you would have been paid anyway... Some good websites will help you, Cit Adv Bur, and money saving expert to name just 2...Good luck pal....

Should it be with your final wage and is there a time limit it should be paid in? If you've given adequate notice then yes it should be in your final pay packet. If it misses the payroll run date then you'll get it the following month, that is if you are paid monthly.

Paid in final monthly pay package.
If you don't work until your official last day they can make you take it as gardening leave.

Check your contract. Some employers won't pay it and make you take any remaining leave during your notice period. Bit late to do that if you've left so hope that isn't the case for you
