On the pitch, the bulk of the games were actually pretty shit and were played out by reserve sides, particularly away from home. . Utter nonsense I tried to hook you earlier and failed. I thought that one might tempt you but thought it would be the cup final that got your back up the most! Merry Christmas one and all! Here's hoping Santa puts some money in Mark Hughes Christmas stocking so he can go and buy a striker in the January sales!

"just don't believe that Pulis is the managerial god that some Stoke fans would have us believe"
Me personally don't think think he was the "anti christ that some Stoke fans would have us believe either"

"just don't believe that Pulis is the managerial god that some Stoke fans would have us believe" Me personally don't think think he was the "anti christ that some Stoke fans would have us believe either" And that's about it in a nutshell. Tony Pulis did a hell of a lot of good for Stoke and went on to undo a lot of his good work. He is no god but he is no anti-Christ either. He will go down in history as one of our great managers and in time, hopefully the senses will be dulled to some of the shit of the last 2 seasons of his tenure, 1 season of which was masked by involvement in the Europa League.

I still can't get my head round why we have to have Pulis threads being started (what seems like) every day, on this board. When Hughes moves on will we just have Hughes threads, Pulis threads or Hughes AND Pulis threads? And why don't we have Quitters threads or Gudjon threads every day? Because people are desperate to discredit the bloke and hope he fails at all costs so they can say "told you so". Most Pulis threads are started by those that wanted him gone. All very boring.

Not too dissimilar to your stance on our current boss Stafford I don't start threads about either to be fair. I just like to get involved in the debate. I certainly wont waste my time starting a thread about hughes when he fucks off.
