Stoke City has become a club which seems to be 'last chance saloon' from the manager downwards. We give seem to give that crucial second chance ?

It has been for years. We've done pretty well out of it since the turn of the century. If not before then considering the strikers we found in the 90s in places like Oxford reserves or being targeted by Norwich's boo boys.

Norwich fans still refer to Sheron as 'miss-it Mike'.
Swapping him for Keith SCott was the best transfer by Stoke I can think of & yet Norwich still think they got the better deal!
Sheron (with Studger) was simply brilliant for Stoke, class player. Shame he got shafted by Moxey. Along with Kavanagh & O'Connor I think he's owed an apology by Stoke fans.

Dunno about Kav. He seemed to get 'misquoted' an awful lot.
Sheron doesn't seem to be remembered as the player he was on here. Absolutely brilliant striker. Could score from 2 yards or 25.

Stein and Sheron were both superb but different mate Stein was the better instant finisher and Sheron if time was needed Fuller for me though everytime

Stein then Ric then Sheron for me
In fact I'd put Stein way ahead of either of them & I think both we're utterly fantastic.
