Who is the strongest player you have seen play? And the strongest player to play for Stoke! What was that Wolves left back called, Elokobi? Anyway he is a monster and so is Anichebe at WBA. Very difficult question this as strong could mean so much, but that was how I interpreted it.

Shawcross and Huth always seemed to bounce off Anichebe and Fortune (the ex West Brom striker), so they're pretty strong.

Akinbiyi, Fuller, Delap all seemed strong to me. I also think Yaya Toure is ridiculously strong

Cranson. That bloke was cut from granite.
Unfortunately that included his knees.

He's put on muscle later on in his career but earlier before the body building. Lived in Northhampton a few years ago and he was a real prospect... summat like 40 goals almost in one season... He's a beast of a player and with his size can hold off anyone. Saw him on the telly a few weeks back for the FA cup for gillingham and he was a perfect targetman for them. Not very mobile or fast but like Crouch for us sets up play or is an aerial threat great pro for a lower league side or championship team IMO. One of the craziest belters I've ever seen was from him off a volley looked like the ball exploded because he hit it so hard.

I always though Gerry Taggart....however....when Huth played on with (about) 20 stiches in his head, then months later played on after coming around from being knocked unconscious....you gotta say him! That is top draw!! I think there is a picture one of the players put on twitter of the stiches done at half time on huth.

Asmir Begovic. He's immense... He carries ten men on a fairly regular basis. *just read in Thee Sun that Bego's focused on 'The Plan' and is committed to fulfilling his contract at Stoke. He's an Hoss Laird of Flatland, he's seen how Man City ridicule their keepers. He's better off with us until at least after the Swamp Cup.

Going to say Smithy but forgot he broke every bone in his body for Stoke. He must have been a right pussy.

Distin at Everton very under rated in my eyes strong as an ox, probably one of the quickest defenders I've seen.
For Stoke I'm supposed Abdy Faye hasn't been mentioned

Hardest Prem Player - Robert Huth (played semi-concious, with over 20 sticthes and menengitis) Hardest # 2 at Stoke - Glenn Whelan (something about Glenn tells me he can seriously handle himself, Wilko smiles too much ) Hardest Referee - Howard Webb (guess it's the cop thing) Hardest Manager - Tony Pulis (naked mountain climbling headbutting lunatic)
