Love that away top. Carry the stripes on and I'd have that all day long.

I'd like to see our kits made by umbro. The adidas kits are shocking. So boring and generic. I much prefer my le coq sportif shirt from our second season in the prem.

Here is my opinion on some of this malarky, not that anyone asked for it but here it is anyway. Adidas have been absolutely atrocious with us for the most part, the lousy products that they've offered us and their disgracefully woeful communication with the club over the important issues such as stock availability and punctuality which has been documentated on here a fair few times and via the club shop as well. As a football club we've basically been treated with indifference by the Adidas company and i'm glad the end of our affiliation with them is sooner rather than later. Now kits, training gear and other apparel is very much down to individual preference in so much that a shirt/top/jacket/coat that one person may think is horrible appeals to somebody else. If we all liked the same hat, we'd all wear the same hat as my Grandad used to say. Here are my own views, that 2010/11 home strip which proved simply to be a generic football kit which School teams and Sunday league teams could buy from an Adidas catalogue was an absolute disgrace. So brazen are Adidas in these sorts of things that it makes me vomit. Not literally of course. That just pissed me off. I think the couple of home shirts prior to this seasons (i think this seasons home and away kit and all the training gear is disgusting personally) were quite nice. However it does bug me when i watch West Brom, Sunderland, Hull or Brentford or numerous other Adidas affiliated clubs and think "that's the same design as our kit but different colours" In fact i think i'm right in saying either this season or last seasons Sunderland kit is basically ours but with red and white in a different order? In fact Sunderlands home shirt this season should be ours for me, more white than red. (take the black bits off of course) Still horrible PDC/BDO like. Anyway that's all stuff everyone knows and some people don't care and i didn't think i did until now. Personally i just don't buy any of it. I haven't bought anything Adidas have supplied us with but that's not necessarily a statement from me, i just haven't. So there was no need to state it if it wasn't a statement was there, nevermind. Then to finish this uninteresting nonsense off, my personal favourite kit from MY TIME watching is in all honesty the 2004/05 Puma one. The Britannia logo was part of the fabric pattern ie. not stuck on and i thought that was mint, the collar was nice and i liked the white sides too. The 1994/95 Carling shirt was a winner too but the asics logo was crap, like a patch sewn on. I like the 2007/08 season home shirt, i just think it was decent. 1977-83 was a decent one or two (The Ricoh sponsorship was placed on that shirt in '81) but i was either not born or just born during that time so i can't profess to have gone out and bought it Anyway to sum up.... Adidas = same shit, costs more

The shirt deal is fast becomming a Joke, Warrior had an understanding that they had the deal. Now Stoke have all of a sudden stopped comunication with them without any reason it been 3 weeks with out any contact fron Stoke. I don't understand why you are genuine your knickers in a twist fella. Unless you are an owner or share holder of warrior why would you ve bothered. Id rhe club were in advances dealibgs with them there is nothing to stop then exploring other avenues unt a deal is signed. Why is it a joke? Take a break fella.

My two favourite kits are the Ricoh one with the Umbro logo down the sleeves and the late 80's Admiral kit which was also sublime but not quite as beautiful as the Ricoh one. Adidas have and always will make shit kits, apart from the Argentina kits(feel sick saying it)which always seem to be nice

Adidas = same shit, costs more The deal with Adidas has been utterly shit for the club. We've been just a minuscule part of their question to provide the kits for every single club in the league. It's cringeworthy watching us march out against West Brazil, with both teams in the same kit with different colours, while both teams warm up in the same tracksuits. I hate it. Last year we got the absolute minimum effort that could possibly be put in to our 150th Anniversary kit. I'll be glad to see the back of them.
