Just asking a simple question here....
How deep is the new regime involved in our actual future?
Basically, as I understand it, we have sacked pretty much everyone right down to the under 5's after Tone "left", so my question really is, did we hire all LMH's mates to fill in these gaps?
My main concern is that if this whole premier lark goes tits up, are we left with a bunch of staff who might just call it a day if we do go down?

There's an awful lot of IFS and a mighty MIGHT in that last question, to get any sort of definitive answer.

Call it a day? Presumably they're all under contract - unless they have the means and the will to pay off the remainder they'll be here next year if we're in the Championship.

Most new managers want their own men in place to some extent don't they?

Its hardly news that when a club changes its manager they nearly always end up changing most, if not all, of the senior coaching team as well. I've always thought that, if I owned a football club I'd have the coaching staff apart from the manager on yearly contracts so that if I decided to part company with the manager I would not have huge compensation to pay to his staff. I'd make t clear that, so long as the manager stayed, they'd keep having their contracts renewed as long as the manager still wanted them.

Cheers. I just wanted some clarity on the back room stuff, I was not sure if Mark's men ran the show from top to bottom is all. Thought the club might have some autonomy within youth coaching.

Unless the under 5's thing is just metaphorical speak I think the academy remained pretty much untouched. The lowest Hughes man to my knowledge is Hodges the U-21 coach. That could be wrong but like it's to the best of my knowledge.
