Goodison is probably the best ground for pubs in the premiership Around 12 pubs within a five minute walk from the stadium and all bar " The Brick " are welcoming The Brick is excellent for a Liverpool game and very welcoming but best avoided if it's Everton

I was told yesterday we'd sold the initial 1800 allocation and been given another 400, in the upper tier priced at £38.

We generally give it a go there. On there day they're an exciting team to watch. Thanks to Chelsea I think Lukaku could be the difference.
Hopefully there won't be too much change from yesterday. I'd like us to try
................................Bego.............................
GCam............Huth..............Ryan...........Eric
......................Whelan.......NZonzi.................
..................................Adam...........................
.........Ireland....................................Arno.......
...................................Crouch........................
I think well be unchanged which can't be faulted.

should be a good game this a must win for us considering our next two games after you guys are Utd and Arsenal both away with McCarthy and Barkley both a yellow away from a suspension. Baines may be a doubt as he went of with a toe injury so worse case scenario would probably see us play Barry at LB who didn't do too bad tbh:
.............................Howard............................................
...Coleman.........Jagielka..........Distin.............Baines/Barry...........
..................McCarthy.............Barry/Osman.............................
.........Mirallas...............Barkley................Pienaar.................
................................Lukaku.......................................

I can't wait to go. It's my first trip to goodison! great old ground. Bit like the vic surrounded by houses on narrow side streets. Best avoid the in house catering though as it's awful. me and my mates got the deli belly last season.

Let's not get to far ahead of ourselves. A point would be a good result, play to win, of course, a win would be fantastic. Steady but solid progress is what we need.

I hope that the lads can prove me wrong but I can't see us getting anything out of this game. Everton look a good side this year imo

The shit restricted view (and it is without doubt one of the worst views in the prem) is the lower tier, the £33 tickets. The other bit is the paddock which is ok they are the £36 tickets. Get yourself in the upper tier.

On the tickets it says 'persistent standing is not allowed' can see alot of steward trouble for this one

And they're wooden seats

I'm up for this. How many tickets have we been allocated? There aren't many left. I was after 3 for me and the kids. Webpage kept showing an empty basket when I added them . Now only singles and doubles left. Is there a chance of more allocated?

This will be a really tough game, but I'm interested to see if we can build upon the confidence generated by the Sunderland game.
