Linked with him again! He is quoted to be willing to reduce his wage demands to play more football, Hull and Stoke linked!

Good player but not as good as he thinks he is. Needs games and boost in confidence.
Potential attitude issues?

I actually like Bendtner, but I don't think he's the type of player we need at the minute.
He tends to drop deep and pick the ball up, rather than playing on the shoulder of the defender (which is what we're crying out for)

Would he get more first team football here? Agudelo may be just what we need I'm hoping we are scouting beyond these shores for another striker. I would prefer to retain Crouch than sign Bendtner
Just an opinion

I listened to Lou Macari's interview yesterday and pretty much agreed with what he said with regard to the January transfer window. Still hope he's wrong though, our season will probably need a swift kick up the arse come Janary? There do tend to be jst scraps/odds and ends available around that time, s here's hoping Agudelo turns out to be a James Beattie type of inspiration for the second half of the season?

I think our pulling power must at least be just as good as Hull's!? He doesn't even need to move, but could commute from West Brom.

Long deal fell through when Hull at the very last minute wanted to drop the price knowing W.B.A. needed the wonga after buying Sessenon, Anchibe. So, there might still be bad blood between the two clubs. Personally, Long is 1.relatively cheap 2.likely to be sold 3. proven at this level 4. knows our three RoI players plus one including Ireland!5.lives local. and finally 6.likely to be better than most other options! Yes, I would be happy at Long coming because we will need someone to fit in immediately not some Johnny Foreigner who doesn't know where Stoke is!

Can't remember the last time Bendtner did anything of note. He'd need a big change of attitude, and form, if he came here.

Seriously, Rob, why do you have such a hard-on for this perpetual waster?

Think we could do a lot worse, but I certainly prefer Diouf or Long. There could of course be better players available that I don't know of! He isn't a bad player though, and really needs to stand up and show his value soon! Long, McCormack and Austin would do fine for me!

This would be a disaster for Stoke. The guy is bleeding useless, he can't score goals in an Arsenal team which actually creates chances from midfield, how the hell do you think he would something for us. Whoever said he is too good for us, well God help us then!!

I can't remember who said it, but can sum him up with this;
If he was twice as good as he actually is, he'd still be half as good as he thinks he is.

For a team with a leading goalscorer on the princely total of 1 over a quarter of the way through the season we are being nice and rude about Bendtner Although having said that he would not be a preferred choice for me, he just seems too damned pleased with himself.
