Got a beauty of an accumulator for £1.50 @ Bet365
Stoke Man U Man City Everton Chelsea Arsenal Liverpool Wigan Middlesborough Blackburn Bolton Leicester QPR Notts Forest
£4190.98/1.50
Also got a few others but "safest" one is
Liverpool Arsenal Chelsea Everton Man U Stoke Sunderland
gone for Sunderland over Southampton as its a new manager think they might pull off a surprise.
Got a few others for League 1/2/Championship too averaging 60/1 to 250/1

And the reason Coates will soon be a billionaire? 5folds and above are the stuff of dreams for bookmakers.

Your safest bet is a 7 fold? I'll let Trouserdog handle this one Seriously though, good luck mate. The most I've managed to win off is a 6 fold but I very rarely go above trebles these days. Will have a look at the betting later and post any bets I have.

Will have a look at the betting later and post any bets I have. I'm saying nowt...it'll probably come in and make me look a right tit. I'm changing tactics slightly on the Skybet freebie thing this week. Rather than go for a treble and back all selections in it as £10 singles, I'm going to try and go for 5 or 6 teams at £5 a punt and then pick the best three as my treble. However, this has the potential to annoy me in two ways: firstly, it's sods law I'll get all five up and then curse myself for not having a 5-fold, or secondly I'll have one selection out of five lose- and that selection will be slap bang in the middle of the treble. Whatever I do, there'll be some fuck-up involved.

Tbh anything more than a treble is too much to expect. Trebles are pretty easy to predict. As are the goals galore on betfred, assuming there isn't too many dodgy fixtures on the bonus coupon. Only had 2 weeks so far this season where I've not had a winner

It's looking like a few bankers in the Prem this weekend. You'd have to fancy Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd and Everton all to win at home. Not a great deal of value though, unless you throw them all in together, and then you risk one of them letting you down. For that reason, I've steered clear. At 5/4 I think we are decent value but I'd be betting with my heart if I did that. If it was another team, in the same situation, I wouldn't touch it so I've left that alone too.
Decided to go for a Championship treble this weekend: -
Watford v Derby - Home win Millwall v QPR - Away win Leicester v Huddersfield - Home win
The treble pays just over 5/1.

I've decided to have a play with both teams to score and result. Gives some decent odds. I've put two on this week:
ManU to beat Southampton BTTS ManC to beat West Ham BTTS Blackpool to beat Wigan BTTS 63/1
Liverpool to beat Newcastle BTTS Chelsea to beat Cardiff BTTS Stoke to beat West Brom BTTS 51/1
I've then put a few accys on, going for the big favourites across the continent (Barce, Bayern, PSG etc)

Can't believe Crewe are 2/1 @ home against a team that has not won in the league this season.
So i have gone for 4 homes
Chesterfield 2/3 Crewe 2/1 Bolton 10/11 Blackburn 10/11
£3 accy ( nearly £60 )
Plus a £3 treble
Macclesfield to win @ 3/4 Swindon to win @ 8/13 Fleetwood to win @ 7/5

East Sterling to beat Queens Park @ 4/5 with William Hill or Paddy Power is the value bet of the weekend in my opinion. If I could afford to put a decent amount of money on them as a single bet I would but I'll probably have to stick them in an acca to boost the odds up.

Forest v Bournemouth 8/11 Swindon v Notts Co 4/6 Chesterfield v Burton 8/11 Pompey v Bury 11/10 Hartlepool v Plymouth 11/10
All home wins. Had all of them as singles and a 5-fold. Found a free £5 bet in my Coral account so gone for a Hartlepool/Pompey double with that.
Can't find much I like in the Premiership this week.

Yes they did, & that is 1 bet down(which i put on 2 days earlier) & why the remaining bet has been basically put in their shit bin. Anyways, onwards & upwards. PS thanks for ruining my weekend before it had even started. Smiley thing.

I've actually done better on Leagues 1 and 2 than the Championship this year....so far anyway. I had the three you've picked on my shortlist (which was actually quite a long list) as well as Blackburn v Charlton, but passed on them all for one probably ill-conceived reason or another. The only one I've ended up going for in that league is Forest. (Cue the inevitable...)

I have done quite well betting on Scottish League football over the last few seasons though, although you do get the occasional freak result ( First place Hamilton drawing with last place Morton the other week! ) We will see I guess, I'm certainly going to back them so hopefully I wont be made to look a plonker at 5pm tomorrow!

Personally i would steer clear of Man U beating Southampton. I'm going to stick an acca on in the bookies on the way to the pub.. old skool style. I seem to have some sort of unofficial arrangement with BET365 where by they know i'm a Stoke fan and i just give them money.

Taking:
Brighton -0.25 @ 1.825 Watford @ 2.00 Leeds -0.25 @ 1.875
All singles.
As for mocking the opening poster with the big accumulater, fucking hell, if the lad wants spend £1.50 on a chance to win a few grand, let him be! Of course it probably won't win, but for a quid it's a bit of interest and you never know. If you only want to bet a quid here and there then you might as well go for the big one!
