He bought well in summer which bought him some time, but yeah Norwich was dire last season. It's unfortunate but no surprise. You'd hope they give him more time to let the new signings gel properly but that's football nowadays.

He spent most of the summer at the Trentham Hotel :-)

Damn, it really comes to it when managers can't even make it through the first month of the season.

Seems a bit of a rash decision to be honest. Thought they did decent business in the summer.

Nor me mate. The general impression is that Norwich are doing pretty well?

Nor me mate. The general impression is that Norwich are doing pretty well? A lot of outsiders thought that all was rosy in the SCFC garden right up until Pulis was sacked....

This sort of stuff always makes me nervous as you know that the players will be "playing for the manager" on the day. I recall Soton turning up last season with Adkins under massive pressure and - although it didn't help him one bit in the end - they were fired up and played us off the park
We don't want a repeat of that

They certainly don't carry much goal threat but Redmond was a shrewd bit of business, surprised we weren't in for him.

Seems these days if any manager loses 3 in a row people are calling for his head, crazy.

they won last night in the cup so that will buy a bit of time but these days all chairmen look at is the prem league and if your struggling then the axeman cometh if it was up to me then there would be no changes players or managers from august to january. having said that sunderland were quite right to sack the fascist beggars belief that the appointed him in the first place. i only hope that mr p doesnt go there he is too good for them.

How long will Poyet be given if they choose him?. If he loses 2 or 3 on the trot..

Love that name, Wolfwinkel. Is that the German equivalent of Dogsdick?

Unlike the situation at Sunderland, I would expect Norwich fans would like to see him remain in post in the short term.
A tough task ahead on Sunday imo

At the end of the day supporters want to see success and Norwich do need to improve - hopefully not on Sunday
