I missed it myself, but according to my mate, Mr Durham said on Saturday that Stoke were now playing the best football in the Premier League, or something like that. can anyone confirm this astounding about turn in one of our most vocal critics?

Durham was only ever critical of TFP and his idea of how the beautiful game should be played. No different than many of us on here. If he had substituted the word "Stoke" for "Pulis" when he was ranting about our style of football maybe we wouldn't have got our knickers in a twist so much? BM

Durham is ignorant. His opinions are biased. He believes every team should play like Arsenal and those who don't should be discredited.

Durham doesn't do U-Turns because he doesn't really have any opinions of his own. He takes which ever position will bring in the most calls of complaint and his co-presenter, the uber-thick Darren Gough or a stand-in, takes up a position in opposition to Durham. This doesn't happen occasionally, or sometimes, it happens every single time. What are the chances of two people taking up diametrically opposing opinions on every subject under the sun - even when one of those people is as thick as Darren Gough and doesn't actually know enough about most things to have an opinion?

I know it's only Durham and he is a bit of a pillock. But isn't it good to hear the media talking about us in a positive light at last? It certainly is from where I'm standing anyway.

The bloke is a total cunt and when he fucks off from Talksport I shall start tuning in again. Read about his ball in play argument earlier so thought i'd have a gander at what tweets were sent to him. There was even one from a Vale fan who said he was now scraping the barrel with his attempts to get callers to ring in. The ginger prick was also moaning about the amount of abusive tweets he was get sent from "morons". What does expect though when hes spouts so much shite? I'd have sent him one myself but he blocked me a while back cos I asked why did his missus leave him for a Stokie. Touchy subject clearly!

I like the guy, he says it as it is. He has slagged us off in the past, and was right to do so. We were basically awful to watch the last few seasons. What he did say at the start of the season was, that he couldn't see our manager turning our players into a proper football team. Any praise off the ginger one, is well and truly welcomed.

Durham's job is to wind people up and get a reaction, we were an easy target but now he has to find someone else. He didn't just criticise Pulis, he slated the fans and the whole club.

He does not say it how it is. He says it exactly how it ISNT! Thats how he gets people to ring in, they get angry as they feel he is being unfair. They ring in....talksport make money....he gets a nice fat bonus. (ps I am hoping I dont get a "whhhoooooossssshhhh" posted here, as I am not 100% if you are being sarcastic or not if im honest!!)

I don't mind Adrian Durham if I'm honest. I've spent hours raging at his nonsense in the past and I'm sadly even guilty of ringing the fucker to set him straight on the Begovic issue a few years back when he didn't play in the league cup. He didn't give me a chance to set him straight in fairness, he listened to my initial argument which kind of substantiated his point then turned the faders on me before I had chance to blow him out of the water! Prick Fact is though, I find him mildly amusing these days and have grown to accept some of his more ridiculous rants with a pinch of salt. I actually also find myself agreeing with some of what he says too. He loves teasing Stoke, nowt wrong with that really, better than him never even mentioning us like the likes of WBA, Norwich etc. Fuck me we get a mention on that station far more than some bigger clubs, I don't really see it as a disservice any more. Can't stand Darren Gough though, cost cutting, fat dancing clown that he is.

Personally it makes me smile when pundits are now starting to say good things about us, one statistic I would be intrested to find out is how many minutes on advrage we had the ball under Pulis and how much under Hughes, I imagine it would be alot more.
