If anyone is after a high end Android phone, then Google have dropped the price of the Nexus 4 to £199 for the 16gb unit. The 8gb phone is even cheaper, but you cannot increase the storage on either of them, so most people are better off with the 16gb one.
The deal is only available through Google Play.

Yes, a cracking deal mate. Ships with Android 4.2 with an automatic Google upgrade to 4.3. Also one of the best screens i've ever seen. I love my Note 2 but this is a genuine no-brainer bargain for anyone after the full-on Android experience at a fantastic price.

Dropped the price in preparation for the new Nexus? there's still no solid info coming out about the new one, but I may just wait now and purchase the new one as it will probably be out in september/october time. Just hope they keep the pricing sensible like they did with the nexus 4

Just hope they keep the pricing sensible like they did with the nexus 4 Google have launched the last few phones around November, with them getting into people's hand around December onwards. I'm not sure if it will be such a big leap from the N4, but I'll be upgrading mine 'cause I'm a phone whore! The pace of phone development has slowed down in the last couple of years and we are not seeing the big jumps (in Android) that we used to see. I would guess that the next one will be very competitively priced again, but with a small increase like we've seen on the Nexus 7.
