Download the travel zoo app.
We went through Ola travel last year and they were great to deal with.
It all depends what you want from your holiday though pal.

Depends on your budget, but i wouldn't scrimp on travel agents. Fly with major airlines who can/will shift you on to other flights quickly if something goes wrong, and with travel agents who wont just disappear overnight and you leave you calling up the travel agent regulator to get home.

I always book separately. Normally saves quite a bit when compared to a travel agent. For example, Ibiza in April cost me (for 3 people) 218 quid flights, 225 quid for the apartment and 29 quid for a week's car hire.
I use skyscanner.net for my flights, either booking.com or travel republic for the accomodation.
My advice would be to be flexible on where you want to go to and where you fly from. Always prefer Liverpool airport myself even though I'm 15 mins away from manchester airport.Good thing about Stoke is that you've got Liverpool, Manc, Brum, East Mids and even Blackpool within short driving distance.
Will gladly give some recommendations, all depends what kind of holiday you want, ie a party place, somewhere to relax or a family holiday etc.

Why not do something different. You could have a few days in Iceland with midnight sun, go to Northern Finland or if you can boost the budget to 1k then go to New York for 4 - 5 days

Are Canary island potatoes different from any old potatoes. They are new potatoes cooked in salted water in their jackets ...untill the cooking water evaporates ...giving a lovely crispy skin ...delicious ..
