Hi, is anyone going to Leicester game from London on Saturday night/Sunday morning please? I don't have a car and trains are absolutely screwed all weekend (into Monday too). I don't smell, my banter is reasonably good and I'm happy to give you my train fare (£30) to help with petrol. Would prob need a lift back too please.
Also happy to travel to Reading/Cambridge etc to get a lift - think it's West Coast mainline that's screwed (again) - don't fancy a 5 hour journey via Derby strangely enough!
Any help gratefully received

Well to be honest you know Alsager nothing happens although we now have a mini Sainsburys. They are exteidng the Co Op back beyond the park. The Centre has a new bar called Bank Corner and its very classy posh bar comedy nights function room. Thier are various new houses being bult what street did you live on?

I lived on Arley Close (Hall Farm estate? Near Cavendish Newsagent) then my mum moved us about 30 yards away to Poppyfields (newish one by the Crewe Road-Hassall Lane junction that prompted a f----in irritating mini-roundabout that people kept crashing on
Moved away about 3 years ago when I moved down here - one day I'll be back to the land of the cheese bacon egg oatcake. Lived right around the corner from Barry Oatcake for more than ten years - top bloke except that he supported Vale

Much as I would love to meet a member of the All-Time XI face-to-face Dave I think I'm sorted thanks to Why Not Delilah. Thanks very much for your offer though, I appreciate it (and if I win the Lottery and get the helicopter up to every home game in future you're welcome ) Baggers

If I win the lottery I wouldn't be able to give you a lift, as I plan to buy a bike (BMW R1250GS) and ride round the world for a few years whilst they build my Norwegian log cabin style Mansion somewhere nice in staffordshire (trust me it would be "tastefull") . However once I'm settled i would learn to fly so could pick you up when i pop down to Fortnums for saturday Breakfast ;D

Thanks Chamberlain you too Jesus my mouth is watering at the thought of those brown sauce-laden oatcakes - I think it's so funny when you see all these muppets eating sushi for lunch down here. It's not even cooked! It's like 5 quid for 6 pieces of rice and raw fish. What is that about Dave I can't wait to visit Oslo-on-Trent, sounds delightful! I actually hope you win so I get to see it... Never got past the front door of Fortnums 'cos it's so damn expensive! 8 quid for a packet of biccies - give over! Me nan likes the marmalade from there though :~o

I have got Italians, Americans, Canadians and Israelis tucking into them in the past - my Jewish mate even tried a bacon and cheese one! Since fully lapsed I believe and regularly enjoys a bacon sarnie. Everytime I go back home I try and get a couple of packs to stick in the freezer down here. Nowt as good as Barry's freshly made oatiecakes though
