assuming us and WBA go up automatically, and the current 4 play-off teams stay as they are.... Palace Watford Bristol City Hull City I think it would be a Watford v Palace final with Palace winning it, whatever people say about Colin he's done a fantastic job there taking them from lingering above the drop zone to a play-off near enough certainty, carry that on please Colin and take some points off Hull Thoughts?

I think Palace as they are the most solid well organised team out of them AND they are the only one in form at the moment!
I would be hoping for Hull or Bristol City personally, get some new blood in the Prem and spread the wealth!

I think we'd beat watford and i'll be happy if palace had hull!!!! I'm confident if we have watford and avoid palace in the play off's we can still do it!

Obviously a lottery, but most play-off's are won by the team with momentum going into them ..........and that has to be Palace.
Oh! and BTW, by the club with the most astute manager and that just happens to be Palace as well!

Its a total farce. No one can possibly call it
The division is so tight, teams can win away and lose at home
Penalty shoot outs are almost inevitable which throws more confusion on the matter
Please just do eet v Colchester and Leicester to spare us this potential heart attack scenario

I think Palace will finish above 6th, and I think watford will be 6th folowed by Bristol in 5th. So 1st leg Watford (0) 1 vs Hull (1) 1 Bristol C (0) 0 C. Palace (1) 1 2nd leg Hull (2) 3 vs Watford (1) 1 4-2 agg C. Palace (1) 2 vs Bristol C (0) 1 3 -1 agg Final C. Palace (0) 2 vs Hull (0) 1 AET To put it short Palace will win the play offs

Definitealy NOT Stoke! So let's hope we'll be direct qualified...
Otherwise, it's Bristol City or Hull City in the Final.

Couldn't agree more Buddha- Warnock's record is unbelievable and has a great play-off track record
Have to go for Palace although Watford will be tough to beat- can't see Bristol City doing anything although Hull have a decent side.

we musnt count our chickens yet re playoffs, BUT
palace would be my bet too, for clints sake as well as neil warnock, who i have the greatest respect for
warnock cant abide fools and speaks his mind
lets get automatic and let the rest fight it about between them
the playoffs are a total lottery imho, the team that finishes 3rd should go up automatically

Can't see it happening, but I'd love to see Hull or Bristol City getting through. They've certainly put the experts and 'big club' suck ups in there place. It would also encourage all the other teams in the Championship to go for it. All this of course is based on the assumption that WE don't have to go through the play off hell.

Please stop this speculation. It is predicated upon the assumption that Stoke are already promoted which, in my experience, will piss the Almighty off and result in us losing twice and being part of the play-offs.
Leave it until the maths make it certain.

bristol would surely tie up one of the relegation places for next season and with some potential big boys coming down im not only predicting we will go up but that we will stay up if Brizzle or Dull make it.

Total lottery as far as i can see (so please, please, please avoid at all costs now fellas).
That said, like many others, i think Colin's Palace have the edge now - having found a bit (well, actually, quite a lot) of form and self-belief and so will be too strong for the less robust that make it.
Colin knows that too & quite cleverly, has already proclaimed them to be "the team that nobody wants to meet in the play-offs" (or something very similar).

Would like - Bristol City.
Expect - Crystal Palace, and if Colin does manage it, fair play to him.
