It's fairly well known that a good penalty taker will wait for the keeper to make the first move. What is interesting is how Mario puts that little strange stride in his run up. Even the most determinedly statuesque goalie seems to instinctively react to it, subconsciously pushing their weight to one foot or the other and allowing Super Mario to just stroke the ball to the other side. Here's the only time Hart ever saved a Balopenallti. Watch to the end you'll see that Hart knows how to do it.
