but the player's agent admits that at the moment it is Stoke and Sunderland leading the race.
I like how Stoke was entered first. left back eh? is he any decent up front?

7.5 mil isn't too much for a 25 year old left back. paid 8 mil for kenweyne. he only upped his game because his contract renewal is closing in. since we had him hes done nothing but be lazy. people seem to forget the lazy kenweyne now.

This is probably the weirdest post I've ever seen Firstly you can't spell our own players name right and secondly you took a thread about a left back and tried ti make it about Kenwyne's performance. Very odd.

The end of the day though stoke do need a decent left back, a natural left back at that. (marc Wilson was a center mid before he came stoke) with the new tv rights deal and staying up another season weve got the money to spend. It looks like bego will be off so we should get some more pocket money from him also, we wont be as strong at the back without him so we are going need a decent left and right back. for a 25 year old natural left back id pay 7.5 mil any day of the week.

no chance of Stoke paying £7.5m for a full back were a few players and a new manager away from a very good team. Stoke probably wouldn't pay 7.5 for a left back not under pulis anyways.

6 foot international left back, like i said on the other thread i think we can forget about a technically gifted full back it will be someone like him, croatian, russian or serbian machine at left back. seems like a good prospect!!

PLIBT.
Obviously a left back is a priority. Lets now wait for the usual "thats too much, I wouldnt pay anymore than £2 million for him" remarks.

Stoke probably wouldn't pay 7.5 for a left back not under pulis anyways. not under any manager imho If we could attract the players here there is plenty of left backs worth over 7 mil that id be more than happy with stoke bringing in. If Sunderland go down id take Danny Rose he's about a 5 mil player but id pay over the odds for him, at only 22years old hes going turn out a very good mature left back. If Newcastle go down Davide Santon wouldn't be worth 10-11m no more hes been a rock for Newcastle. Evra very unlikely but at 31 Moyes will probably be looking for a replacement soon enough. rated around 11mil but stoke have a history of overspending on players at the end of their career. Cole another very unlikely target but he is knocking on abit , 32years old if he doesn't retire at Chelsea he could be worth a punt. but Chelsea do have ryan Bertrand whos in his early 20's and valued around the 5 mil mark. might be worth a look. Id pretty much rule cole and evra out but id love to see stoke pick off some sunderland players again and try get Danny Rose.

Hopefully this gets acted upon, signing a full back early on in the window would calm fans down a bit.
