As much as i like Charlie Adam i thought he was knackered at that point and for me was the correct substitution but lets not get away from the fact that the 2nd half performance was woeful.Whether that was down to the manager is up for debate but i suspect he tried to settle for what he had at half time.

Adam was fucked 20 minutes before he got subbed so that was a right but late decision.
