Except for the fans who backed everything again today despite what was happening on the pitch
No leadership on the pitch
No leadership by the manager
And most importantly no leadership by the Chairman
Most of the players look lost
Some of the backroom staff, I am led to believe feel powerless
Nearly 20 months in the making, yet no one, but no one, except the supporters seems to be doing anything about it and even we are happy clapping in the lost hope things may drop for us inspite of the above
Any other club would have done something, right or wrong, but something
Instead we are sleep walking in to the Championship

Totally agree suffolk, the most worrying aspect of this we are going down without a fight and without changing a bloody dam thing to stem the tide

The crowd even applauded Shotton when he got up having fallen over his own feet.
The club can ask no more of its supporters!

Supposedly, during half-time on Fox Soccer there was talk of back-room staff wanting out. I didn't see it myself as I don't watch half-time too intently.
Another thing that popped up on Fox which I did see was an interview with Pulis where he seemed to try to characterize fan discontent with being accustomed how we have done so far in the prem. He said something like "if in three of the last four years we had gone into the final match needing a win, then I think the concern would be justified." -- something to that extent.

I won't push you for any more information. I have no more info, none whatsoever fella My own view on what was said is the 'family' has a different view to Mr C - I have no idea if that view is sod it lets pull out, or new broom or something else. All I took away was there is a split at high level, just like supporters and unless someone grabs leadership, this will end in tears (perhaps much bigger than we can currently imagine) for all of us

Not that surprising when for years supporters have supported his negative hoof ball tactics simply because of results. The problems have been there for awhile. It's a problem with Tony's system yet it was ignored as long as Stoke edged out random 1-0 results.
Even as recently as a month ago there were plenty on here backing TP and his system. Many traded a competent system for points, ignoring that that incompetent system would eventually cause the problems we're seeing now. No one plays hoof ball for years on end at this level and is safe from relegation, it was bound to happen.
The blind support for hoof ball is what empowered Tony, and it's partly why he's in this situation. But when you back a poor system for years then all the sudden flip your lid at the tail end of this season, I'd say a lack of foresight is an issue. This was always the risk with this manager and system.

Obviously for me the vast majority of this is with Pulis but from the top to the bottom this club had mismanagement written all over it. Coates appears blinded by loyalty and friendship, which in itself is mismanagement every bit as bad as Pulis picking Walters weeke after week after week after week. The Coates family has made its fortune from gambling, they should take a gamble now and change manager. In fact you could argue its not a gamble at all. We have gained 1 point from 7 games, we can't really do any worse, there is no gamble at all by changing.

Bet loads of people in the club are saying privately 'It's his fcukin juice, let him stew in it'.
Think we'll find out before too long just how well respected Pulis isn't by more commentators within the club!
