we get relegated AND keep Pulis as manager to try and get us promoted again The worst case is that Coates has enough and wants out

Far from it. I fear that if we get relegated, we will go into a nottingham forest style free fall, and get back to back relegations, especially with the same management team

How grim would that be.

Pulis will be hounded out if he manages the epic fail that is get a decent squad relegated due to his inept management, even Peter Coates would surely see this.
Besides, the very worst case scenario is lining up aagainst Fuller next season in division 2.

Half empty stadium squad of average championship players and 100 million pounds spent will be his legacy where he came in except for the small matter of 100 million pounds

I still think we will stay up - I think we will beat QPR and Norwich - but after the last couple of spineless displays I have no idea why I think that!
But I DO think that even if we did get relegated Coates WOULD retain Pulis and would only sack him if we were outside top 6 in Championship Christmas 2013.
I think the team is now completely shapeless and aimless and also has little fight at the moment so I do think most certainly that Pulis should go but sadly I just can't see it happening!!

The worst case scenario is... on run since January 2013.

If, and it's looking ever more likely, we go down TP has to go. Even with PC's almost suicidal loyalty to TP he must see that TP has to carry the can for what will surely be a catastrophic relegation.
There is no one else to blame but TP, not the players, not the fans, not the chairman. TP has had the money, the time, the players, the fan's backing, the chairman's support, everything a manager needs to succeed, in that respect he's got to be the envy of every other manager. The only piece of the jigsaw that doesn't fit is TP. Tactically he's a dinasour, he's been left behind in football's evolution.
He's got to go and take his cretinous, gimpish retinue of yes men with him and not forgetting that useless dog with a balloon Walters.
And whilst I'm at it, take your media friendly, hard luck Tony, whatever you say Tony,I don't mind being your unofficial mouth-piece,nodding dog, Radio Stoke waste of space, flunky Nigel Johnson with you.
