With no word from the club we can now assume that we are stuck with Pulis until the end of the season for better or worse.
Obviously this is something most of us would disagree with. However, it is not something any of us can control.
If we battle through to the end and stay in this league we will surely have a new manager next season? That new manager will have a strong core of a team (Butland, Ryan, Huth, Fonz, Adam) and the money from the sale of Bego and the new sky deal.
This could in fact be the start of a new dawn for us Stokies... and one infinitely better than what we have witnessed since Boxing Day.
But first things first.
We need to get over the line and to do so - with a team devoid of confidence and ideas - all of us will have to band together and bring back the 12th man.
'I think we have a big part to play in Stoke's survival. The only thing we can do … we can sit here and criticise all night and we can say who we'd play and who we wouldn't play … we can say how bad Tony Pulis is … the only thing we can do is support the lads and if we limp over the line let's say we've done our best and not just sit and criticise. Here endeth my lesson.'
This were the words of Angela Smith on the Sunday Sports Show the other day.
I hope this is one thing we can all agree on?
UNITED STRENGTH IS STRONGER
COME ON STOKE!

Totally agree! We have to back the lads now, moaning on here will achieve nothing, we have to pull the team over the line and we can build from there. The way i see it is that we are scrapping it out with Villa, Sunderland and Wigan; Villa are the inform team, and in my eyes have the least chance of going down. Sunderland will be ready for a fight with Di Canio in charge and that could be enough to see them through. Then there's Wigan, who always seem to find a way out at some point. And finally There's us, out of form, demoralized and running out of ideas, the only thing that we have over all other teams around us is the fans, its now down to us to get the team over the line! UTMP!!!!!!!!!

I agree! The first two seasons in the perm the support virtually sucked the ball into the net. The players need to there bit, and we as supporters need to do ours. We all have our opinion, but on match day we need to put that to one side and support the lads over the line, and theres no better way to get the ground going than playing Utd at home!!

We need to get behind whatever team Pulis picks, regardless of our feelings towards him. If he's fired in a few weeks, so be it, but we need to stick with the team to save ourselves from relegation. It's in our hands!

I'll always support the team, thats all I care about, players, managers, board members come and go but Stoke City will always be there and I'll never turn my back on Stoke City whoever plays, manages, owns us.
City till I die and then I'll find a way to support from my grave
