With a slight positive outlook and a tad of optimism?
I sat there this morning thinking next year regardless what league we in we could be seeing a new era, a new type of football. A chance to see some of the youth, a chance to see some goals. As much as i'd like to stay in the league personally I couldn't careless as long as I watched a team try to play football and try to win games.
I know we could either stay up or go down and keep Pulis but for some reason I've woke up feeling ok this morning.

Strangle enough I'm going through patches of optimism, or blind faith perhaps. We are staying up

I can cope with relegation, I really can. I actually think the Championship is the best league in the world, not for talent but on a competitive level.
Every team who played yesterday there was something in it for them, either to stay up, hit play off spots etc...
If we started a new season with a new manager with new idea i'd be happy whatever league.

I want us to stay in the Premier but I hope we can start making a name for ourselves again by giving teams a good game rather than the anonymous bending over we've been doing in recent times.

Mark Lawrenson said on MOTD last night that you at least expect a nose bleed when you go to Stoke? There's not even that these days.

I am still vaguely optimistic we will beat Norwich - they are nearly as bad on the road as us, and will be nervous. They don't have the threat Villa had going forward. We can still do this but we have to keep our heads.

To me there are 3 scenarios I can live with.
1) Sack Pulis now and let the devil take the hindmost. 2) Stick with him, manage to scrape through and stay in this league, but then he leaves at the end of the season. 3) Go down and appoint a new, decent manager.
There are 2 scenarios I don't want.
1) Pulis keeps us up and then is here next season. 2) The nightmare scenario that we're relegated and Pulis remains as manager.
OS.

I'd be staggered if PC got rid. Or at least it'd take a family rebellion - and i can't see them seriously falling out over SCFC when there's the small matter of Bet365 to attend to.
I get us staying up on goal difference (but it's in the lap of the gods now anyway so that's a big "if" in itself).
But if so, I suspect it's the one in blue above as I just can't see PC getting rid.
Second most likely is your nightmare 2 - we go down and he sticks with him as the man to bring it back / right the 'wrongs' (& he'll gloss over the fact that they were all TP's "wrongs" at that).
We're scuppered all ways round.

Pulis has got to go. The football is shocking, as it has been for most of the season.he cannot and will not change!

The thought of Pulis here next year depresses me :/. I'm half looking forward to a new start next season, regardless of what league were in. If nothing changes and were still in the prem, it will be an apocalyptic season

At the great risk of sounding like someone we all know, we need one or two things to drop for us and we could be safe. I'm cheering for QPR this afternoon!
