He's not being entirely honest about Adam, yes his did play earlier in the season, but he played out of position, as far as I know today was the first time we've seen him in the central midfielder ? (his ACTUAL position).

Dod he really say that Whelan is the glue that holds this team together? Yes he really did and he said Glenn doesn't get the credit he deserves and was missed today

There would be people self harming across the Seddon by 30 mins.

It was by far and a way the worst interview I've heard in terms of blaming everyone else, failing to accept any responsibility for our situation and then not even able to offer up a bit of a confidence boost by says we'd stay up.
Sack him now and bring in o'Neil for the rest of the season or else we are doomed.

We don't need forward thinking now, we just need to stay in this league. O'Neil kept Sunderland up in similar circumstances and would relish the chance to go there to prove a point in a few weeks time.

Have to say if anybody saw me driving back down the A50 after the match between Uttoxeter and Hilton when his interview was on i can only apologise to them because i was effing and blinding at the radio listening to the biggest load of tripe i've heard for a very long time and not ranting at other drivers. He really does believe the utter bollocks he comes out with as well.

He said we've all got to stick together. Well, excuse me Mr Pulis, but I thought we had a full house today. The supporters were there, ready and waiting to urge their team on. But what did they get? A bunch of players whose heads went down after conceding a goal after just 10 minutes. It was shocking to see. But that spirit has to come from the man at the top, and as far as I can see there's no fight left in them. Well, not until he threw them a lifeline in the shape of Charlie Adam who changed the mentality of the players around him. That led to us scoring and there was no way we were going to lose that game unless they scored a brilliant but flukey goal. But shit happens and I can't blame the players for losing the game after that. Of course, Pulis blamed everybody and everything except himself, but I got the impression that even he knows his luck has deserted him. He couldn't even be positive when he was asked if we would survive.
OS.

Whitehead's performance served as a reminder that there is a worse reality than Whelan playing. I would pay good money to never have to watch Dean Whitehead pretending to be anything other than a marathon runner.

he even said how important Peter Crouch was to the way we play and how the lads loved "playing with him". If he was referring to football then he is totally deluded.

I've posted elsewhere but it seems pertinent here too that 3-4 months ago bought about the sudden and sad demise of Adam Senior and that was clearly going to affect Charlie's inclusion in the team and rightly so. To try and pass his inclusion/non inclusion on the fans is a very dirty trick Tony!

Had to laugh at the Whelan is the glue comment. He's more like the turd on the bottom of me shoe that i can't shift. Adam played in his right position & he had his best time in a Stoke shirt since Wigan, where he was again played in his correct position. Pulis in his interview after the game sounded like a bloke on his way to the gallows. Before kick off I was for keeping Pulis until the end of the season & then probably getting rid in the summer but now, after that shower, He's got to go now.

One thing I agree with Pulis on is that most modern footballers are utter cunts.
They were an absolute disgrace today.

pulis is treating us all like cunts
anyone who thinks whelan is even acceptable as a first choice player in any premier league side after 5 years is as clueless as pulis
thanks for the memories tony - but now its time for you to piss off and take your condescending comments with you

The same group of players went one down to a much better team in Liverpool and it served as the catalyst for our best performance of the season. Yet today Villa scored and the fuckin heads went down like a knackered lift. There's massive problems and Tone cannot sort them. Get rid now!!!
