Firstly I'm praying to god this is wrong but I've been honest in my assessment of what I've seen in the last 3 months from Stoke and its not good reading I'm afraid. Everton - 0 points Villa - 1 point Utd - 0 points QPR - 0 points Norwich - 1 point Sunderland - 0 points Spurs - 0 points Southampton - 0 points Meaning...... 18th finish I really can't see is winning again this season. Like I say I pray to god I'm wrong. If we're lucky with other results I have us finishing 17th. Anyone else ran their thoughts through it?? news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/predictor/default.stm Anyone who thinks we are already safe needs take a look at everyone's fixtures, we could quite easily be sucked in further, there is always one team that plummets from Xmas onwards. Seems to be us this season.

I can see us getting 4 more points, a win v Norwich and a draw at Sunderland. God knows if that will be enough

We're notoriously unpredictable...is it enough for hope .....I suspect not and neither is it acceptable!

There will be surprise results. Unexpected red cards. Flukey goals. Defensive blunders. Referee/linesman mistakes.
Too unpredictable to make a prediction yet.

Thing is today I predicted Newcastle to beat Wigwam, Spuds to beat Fulham, Sunderland to beat Norwich and Wet Spam to snatch a draw at Cheski. All that proves is I'm as wank at predicting football results as you.

If we can't cobble together four or five points from the last eight games we deserve to drop, simple as that.

We shouldn't be in this position in the first place.

I can see a win and two draws coming from somewhere. Which should be enough (hopefully)

We have been absolute garbage for months. I just can't see where we'd win again,,,
Write all the away's off.
At home villa will be fighting and have been better in last few weeks Norwich again fighting and will show more fight than us we'll settle for a point before the game starts.
Thing is even if we win one of these and stay up we will be 14-17th which to me still represents a failure and Pulis must go.

We are in trouble and there's no doubt about it. Villa and Norwich have turned out to be the biggest games in a long time. I can see no more points from the other games. As the good sir bayern says we shouldn't be in this position and it's nothing short of a disgrace of how we are in this position with everything considered.

got us staying up on goal difference... It could very easily come down to goal difference at the moment ours is -8, the bottom 4 all have -20 odd

got us staying up on goal difference... It could very easily come down to goal difference at the moment ours is -8, the bottom 4 all have -20 odd Ignore this goal difference crap. In our lat 8 games if we win 1 and draw 2 our -8 will easily become - 14 and if those on -20 get 3 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats (easily doable) their -20 soom may become - 15 or even less I'm convinced it's going to come down to goal difference and that is why pulls will not change - he would rather lose 1-0 without trying to get back into a game than lose 3-0 trying to get back.

That, I think, was 17th. When was the last time we got anything at QPR? Horrible ground for us isn't it? I know most are but our record there in recent times at least is pretty horrendous from memory.

Said this weeks ago.
Pulis will continue with square pegs, out-of-form players, a toothless frontline and Jonny Walters through to the bitter end.
