Christ I thought our atmosphere was pants at time but this sounds like a church.
No Widge 1-0 but just had keeper sent off for handball outside of the box, which looked a bit harsh.
Could do with a draw I reckon to keep us tenth.

Could the officials help them anymore than they are doing?
Two ball to hand moments resulting in a red and a penalty.
Edit:
And by ball to hand I clearly mean elbow and possibly lower arm.

The Gods are certainly smiling on Sunlun.
2 massive breaks with the sending-off and pen.

Utterly disgraceful performance from Chris Foy.
Sunderland are a despicable club. How many red cards do they buy from referees.

The first one was into his stomach wasn't it? Shameful jumping around and arm waving from O'Neill's bunch of cheats, which we and other clubs have been a victim of in the past. Like Arsenal without the tippy tippy stuff.

Very harsh indeed.

'Chest to arm' whilst moving in a forward motion is not a penalty in my book.

Wins for Sunderland and Wigan today is going to make our position look quite a bit less secure.

If it hit his chest and he scooped it away there would be no argument. Chest to bicep is a piss take of a penalty excuse. As you say the keeper one bounced and hit his elbow. Toss ref.

Very harsh indeed. Maybe, mate. Either way this is the angriest I've been about a ref in a game not involving Stoke for years. A draw probably suits us, but I hope Norwich can nick it because they've been completely shafted.

Plus the harsh sending off and peno coupled with that tosser Foy and the fact that Scumderland are wankers equates to a Norwich win for me.

The decision to send the keeper off was absolutely correct. A red card was the least he deserved for such blatant cheating. As for Bassong- well, it's a wonder he didn't get sent off as well. A penalty was no less than Sunderland deserved. Sunderland were 11/10 by the way. ;D

Denying a goal scoring opportunity?
