Only our second loss at the brit this season but how many games have we actually enjoyed? Liverpool for def but what else? This isnt meant to be an anti Puls thread but a "where has the fun gone?" thread. Away matches are now a no go and home matches are not far behind. We all love our club and where we are but for fucks sake ...Where is the enjoyment???? ??? ???

Can't really remember but today was yet another game I walked out on 80 minutes. It really is poor stuff and this is the reason I'm sat here contemplating my st next year

Liverpool yes.
Swansea was a good win.
Man City was fine.
Arsenal ... didn't play great but good defensive display and decent point.
Southampton was an exciting game.

It's all about expectations isn't it?
My current expectations are so low that in a strange sort of desperate, scraping the bottom of the barrel sort of way, I thought the 2nd half was sort of ok.

Not many, there's only the obvious one where we played well for pretty much the whole game against the Scousers.
There have been a few others with 20 minute spells of good stuff but generally its been wank to watch.

Was it just the shock of actually winning that stuck out for you? Agreed Paul. We were pretty dire against Newcastle and Southampton for large parts of the matches as well. Clearly I enjoyed all of those results but the question was about the games themselves wasn't it?

Thought we actually played alright at 'the shit', went for it, were in the game for long parts, but got undone in the end, to see them score 2 away goals on one match I feel priveleged.

Wigan 2-2 Stoke, Chelsea 1-0 Stoke, Man Utd 4-2 Stoke, Stoke 3-1 Liverpool.
So that is 4 games, only 1 that we won.
Probably the games that Pulis hated most.
And since its not just me who has mentioned these games shows that it is not the 'not winning' that Stoke fans are angry about like what all the pundits seem to think. I just want some entertainment!!!

Liverpool (H), West Brom (A), Last 15 mins of Newcastle (H) Despite being rather pissed off about the result, I enjoyed Southampton (H) and Swindon (H) in the cup. Hell, even the second half vs Everton was pretty enjoyable.

Hell, even the second half vs Everton was pretty enjoyable. I can see why people enjoyed Southampton, it was an entertaining game but the defending pissed me off and I didn't enjoy it at all for that reason. But Swindon? Entertaining granted but we were outplayed by a League One side and defended worse than Leek Town U-9's. It was a shocker. But each to their own.
