Any of our resident Australia based Stokies live in the Newcastle region?
An article in one of the daily papers on Tuesday (not sure which - mail I think) focused on Emile Heskey and his time out there. Apparently a bloke in a Stoke City shirt approached him and thanked him for his goal and performance v Germany.
Can anyone posting on here lay claim to being that man in the Stoke top?

Ha ha.
Did he also thank him for consistently rejecting TP's amorous advances during every transfer window since 1903?

Nice part of the world and worth the visit. Vineyards one hour away, Port Stephens one hour away, Sydney a couple of hours away.

Port Stephens/Nelson Bay is nice and also south of Newcastle from The Entrance to Gosford. Newcastle though is a bleak city with very little to offer visitors
