A fair point, but the European campaign that followed would also have been considered progress and our current standing of 10th despite poor form is not bad. Add to that five years of receiving the 50 million for being in the premier (People always miss that bit out when talking about how much he has spent) Now let me ask you a question back, if you were a close friend or relation of Tony and you came on this board and read some of the comments from some of our more enlightened brethren such as Jarhead, Puglsley, etc what would you think, honestly? Awwww boo hoo, nasty men saying bad things about poor Tony... Ffs get a grip. I'm not saying it's right, but football is one of the only professions where getting abused, booed and jeered is part of the job description I doubt TP or his family would give a rats arse what people like us are saying on a message board!

Actually your a disgrace with the constant bile that you continually stream out against the one manager that has manged to take this club forward. The reaction on this board tonight is a disgrace. That's right. It dares to match the reaction in the stands, on the concourse and in the boozer afterwards.

Look mate, bottom line is that he is paid to keep this club in the Premier, and he does it very well. If you want to change the manager and accept the risk of relegation for a bit of fashionable tippy tappy football then fine. But I think you will find that the Chairmen would disagree, and at the end of the day that is what counts. A few signing and a couple of wins and this fickle board will change its opinion once again. But whatever you think just show the guy a bit more respect than Jarhead who called him an inept tool on another thread.
The guy live in Sandbanks for christ sake he cant be that inept!

I don't want tippy tappy shit.
I want us to do what we are good at and when we are off form, I want to see us trying to do what we are good at.
Today was as far removed from what we are good at as is feasibly possible.
I will happily risk relegation for a change of manager. I've had my fill of Pulis to be honest. I would also risk the chance of progression by appointing a new manager.

Youre bang WRONG there - its Coates thats dragged this club up off its arse not the manager. Pulis is stealing a living. I very much doubt he'll get the sack but will walk away protecting his ever so precious 'never been relegated'record. I would say that it was a mixture of the two which dragged the club off its arse. Let's not forget that the first thing that Coates did was re-instate Pulis I would suggest that they are something of a partnership. They should both take the credit when things go well and vice versa when things go pearshapped

I was greatfull to Cresswell and Cort for the parts they played in getting us up, but i'd be pretty pissed off if they were still plying their trade here. As it was, they werent good enough to help us progress further and so were moved on. Pulis is now Leon Cort and needs to move on for the good of the club.
The OP is one of the most pathetic, submissive things I've read for a long time.
