A bit predictable don't you think? How about something like "We Dream the Same Dream, We Want the Same Thing" by the gorgeous Belinda Carlisle?

The Space Odyssey 2000 theme tune and the Boys are Back In Town were used a few seasons ago, and they brought that back for the Colchester game last season, there is always a chance that they might again.

On my way to work yesterday morning, John Acres said something in the sports bulletin about it would be played on Saturday prior to the game to get the fans going.

Having listened to it on my MP3 player down the gym this week, it occured to me that the Foo's "The Pretender" would be ****ing awesome at some stage before the game.
"Accidentally" pipe the last bit through to the BC dressing room -
"Look at your face, you're the pretender what if I say I'll never surrender what if I say I'll never surrender what if I say I'll never surrender...
- So who are you?, yeah who are you?, yeah who are you?, yeah WHO are YOU?!"

Yep - rated the Churchill speech for years. That ice Hockey vid really makes it work. Personally I love this version: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mBwJncXm3YII think it may have been Ronnie o'Sullivan who played this before each game and it totally got him "in the zone". It's missing the Spitfire starting up at the beginning, but I always thought if the club could get hold of this version it would be a good tie in what with the whole Mitchell/Stoke/Spitfire link.

They should come out to Blitzkreig Bop by the Ramones at all times, and the crowd should join in, before starting some somrt of mosh mental as the main verse kicks in
