I often say that the players need to take responsibility for their performances but today is totally the managers fault and it was obvious prior to kick off.

Tone hates things running smoothly. He likes things all mish mash and against all odds. He would hate to have to put a full eleven out in their right positions.
Only blessing is I hope it forces stoke's hand for drastic action in the transfer window. Really needs a big shake up and to play with power, pressure and quality
