Superb interview.
The sad part is, things are only going to get worse.
As old pros who made it the hard way like Shaun Derry and Rory Delap exit the scene, the youngsters coming through have had their fame and fortune handed to them on a plate, eg Ryan Bertrand, Daniel Sturridge, our own Ryan Shotton.
