For the ticket office staff.
Renewed my season tickets yesterday over the phone. I knew I was going to have to wait, so didn't mind.
Called at 12pm (so probably the busiest period). Number 25 in the waiting list. Call answered by a very pleasant lady at about 1:10. Appologised for the delay and continued quickly. Took about 5 minutes to sort out 2 season ticket renewals and a parking season ticket. Thanked me for my support at the end of the call and off I went happy.
Got up this morning, postman delivers his usual heap of bills and junk mail. Sorted through it and found to my amazement, confirmation from Stoke of my season ticket purchases and next seasons car park season ticket sticker.
Bloody spot on Stoke, thats great service in my eyes.

Well done Stoke! I too renewed my season ticket yesterday but in person. Had a queue as expected-apologies and a friendly operator=good service! Done in 5 minutes, jobs a good un!

Got mine a few days ago and must say that the counter staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I know they haven't had the best press in the past, but praise where it's due and all that!

Agree with all that has been said - went up this morning to renew mine, waited about an hour and was served by a stunning little blonde, who was very pleasant indeed....

Definately deserve some praise! I was moaning about the hour or so queue on the phone yesterday- mainly down to the fact it does get a bit irritating hearing the same thing over and over again! Must say though that it was really good customer service- very helpful looking through all the blocks in the Seddon stand trying find the best seats to have 5 season tickets together! Also the call from Lawrence yesterday was a brilliant idea!!! Well done Stoke

I ordered mine through SCFC Direct about 2 weeks ago and still havent recieved it. Anyone else in the same position?

don't think that the season tickets are being shipped out yet monster you will have had an email confirmation though (i did) that says "Many thanks for your support." at the bottom

You won't get the ticket for weeks yet. They can't print them until we know what league we are playing in - they don't even know how many match vouchers to print, do they?
