www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/dec/27/premier-league-halfway-numbersCongrats to Geoff Cameron. The surprise for me is to see us in the list of points gained after falling behind. I rarely see us as good chasers of a game. Shame though that they couldn't be arsed with more analysis of defensive stats...I mean who cares how many passes a team makes apart from Brendan Rodgers?

Very interesting:
Geoff Cameron featuring in most tackles made and most interceptions. The sort of stats that make someone an unsung hero!
Also (and less good)
Charlie Adams makes his name in the most fouls committed list. The sort of stat, particularly considering the time he's spent on the pitch, that deserves a kick up the arse!

Surprised we don't have anyone in the clearances section?

I think he is a fantastic signing and foreign players normally improve after 1 season.
So the best could be yet to come.

Surprised we don't have anyone in the clearances section? Huth is at 20th for most clearances, Shawcross is next at 30th...

I've said before, Geoff Cameron seems to have a great knack of sticking his leg out like a spastic antelope yet somehow coming away with the ball, and these stats seem to prove that. Has looked good going forward lately too, definitely seems like a top signing. My MOTM against Liverpool.

Class player. Could prove to be one of Pulis' best buys in the future.

Class player. Could prove to be one of Pulis' best buys in the future. Too right. He needs to improve certain aspects of his game but seems to have the intelligence and aptitude to do this. I've read some shit on here about him, an experiment gone wrong etc. He will be a very good player for stoke city.

I'm doubting the accuracy of this stat .. Most passes made 1 Mikel Arteta Everton 1,571 Nah that's bang on, an average of 87.3 passes per game. Fuck all compared to Xavi at 1,736 though
