it will be the worst side ever to win it surely, their defence is not even in the top 10 in the league!
If Man City had an even slightly competent manager they should win the league by 20 points with their squad.

Been having this debate with my old man.
He thinks Citeh will walk the league. I think Utd will win it.
Utd's defensive problems versus City's ego problems???

Don't forget that a few years ago they won the league with a first choice midfield including Keiron Richardson and Darren Fletcher (before he was good).

Their midfield still doesn't look that great. They've needed a proper central midfielder now since Keane left and haven't got one, as the desperate act of getting Scholes showed. Until they do that, I don't think they'll compete for the Champions League properly soon.
Man City need a new manager I think. Mancini has a ceiling to his abilities as he showed at Inter and as he's showing now at Man City. He's not "next level" and I don't think he ever will be.

Rio Ferdinand's defending (or more accurately head turning and arm waving) is becoming increasingly amusing. He is utterly fucking wank.

But Fergie has fires he needs to put out elsewhere first I hope, left back and a central midfielder being the two areas of bigger interest.

United are the shittest they've been for many a year. If City don't walk the league Mancini should be strung up.
Player for player Chelsea have the edge over United.

Chelsea don't look to be in this after the managerial changes, so it looks like it's between the Manchester sides for now. City haven't really been showing their quality, although they have a better team, while United have looked fairlly shaky. As far as things are now, it could go either way, although if both sides were firing on all cylinders City would probably come away with it.
