Barnsley 1 - 3 Hull
Dingles 0 - 1 Brazil
Hmm, now given Barnsley's recent revival, I honestly thought they would do us a favour and beat Hull, obviously it wasn't to be, the question is, is Hull's run ever coming to an end?. I really didn't see them taking anything other than maybe a point from Barnsley. I turned over late second half to see them 0-3 up, WTF? Hull are really becoming a big problem now. Any luck Sheff Utd, Ipshit and Palarse will give them a better game as they have better players, but you can see Hull not giving up really can you.
As for Brazil, what a pathetic surrender by the Dingles! I thought they had the momentum to beat their Samba neighbours, but unfortunately that wasn't that the case. a 0-1 victory. Hmm it's gonna be tough and Saturday is a MUST WIN, I had Liam Lawrence call me up last night from the ticket office! (all be it a recorded message, but when I told the missus, she was purely shocked!).
GOARNNNN STOKE!! it's imperative that we win our last remaining games now.

Must admit I thought both would be draws or a win for Barnsley and a win for WBA. It just shows what we need to do to stay in contention....3 wins. Nothing less will do IMHO.
OS.

yep, gotta be 3 wins to make sure. hull's 3 games are tough but they have the confidence and momentum as well, so hopefully 1 defeat will knock them off the rails.

Hull need a good beating, just hope James Beattie and co will continue their revival and dish out a good stuffing to the orange men.

Barnsley where by far the better side in the first half they were moving the ball around well and hull didnt even trouble the keeper. But as you can see from the result they got there heads on and did what they needed. As for brazil from what i could gather it was a pretty even match and the luck wasnt with us on that one.

All stokies will be pissed today with last nights results but us the fans just need to focus on what we need to do on Sat....ie get our arses down the Brit and give 100% vocal backing for the duration of the match and not just when the team are having a good spell in the game.
If we don't get behind the lads constantly and we are nervous it will transmit to them on the pitch. We need every fan in the ground to back the lads for 90 mins during the next 2 games and we can make the difference with 2 out of the 3 games at home.
Oh and as for the fans who will be watching from their warm pub seat don't dare to moan IF we don't achieve promotion automatically, we are all skint but if you want to go you will, money is no excuse for these crucial games!
