1-0 Will do fine for me with regards to this game.
One thing that can be said about Pulis is that he has always found a result at a crucial stage, it was Everton away last year, beating Man City in 2009, 0-0 With Leicester on the final day of 2008, beating Reading in 2003 and the list goes on.
If we lose on Saturday, then I will start to become more alarmed to the scenario we would find ourselves in.

We need our pressing game to be at full tempo and knock Tarrabt and Diakite out of their stride. The QPR back 4 look fragile to me.

If we can play a la 2011 side, with two wingers, and good crossing, I have every faith we will win comfortably.

qpr are a shambles and will most certainly be relegated this season.
saturday is the most important game of the season, if we don't win it i can't see where the next win is coming from
however, if we sneak a flukey win whilst playing the same formation (crouch up front alone) then i'de be concerned that pulis will carry it on and we may then go another 11 games only winning one match

We can't really win whatever we do. I suspect the worst!

One thing that can be said about Pulis is that he has always found a result at a crucial stages Spot on. There's a lot of things that need addressing but I'm certainly not panicking yet. We had a dreadful September and October last season winning 1 game out of a possible 8 with 6 defeats, then towards the end of November and throughout December we strung together 4 consecutive league wins including victories over Everton and Spurs. I'm confident the results will come in the next few weeks providing we stay positive and get behind the team.

The more negativity on here the better. We always do best when totally written off.

I'd go for this: Begovic Cameron - Huth - Shawcross - Wilko Kightly - N'Zonzi - Adam - Etherington Jerome - Crouch Adam is not suited to the role as withdrawn striker, he needs to be playing deeper so he can put his long range passing abilities to use, that is his greatest attribute. Obviously there's questions marks over his defensive discipline but I'd still be inclined to give him a go in a midfield 4 on Saturday. Crouch is vitally important to us but he needs more support up front. He was painfully isolated on Saturday and has been on several occasions this season. Jerome hasn't featured much at all this season but we are crying out for an injection of pace in the final third and he can provide that.

Given the reaction to our performance at Norwich, this board will go into melt-down if we don't win v QPR.
I can't see anything better than 0-0 or perhaps 1-1 draw.
Please God I hope I'm wrong.

we'll go one down early on, the crowd will turn, everyone will be pissed off.
we will grab an equaliser early second half from a set piece, we will then miss a number of chances before finally getting our noses in front in the 82nd minute.
we will then go backs to the wall and give away a late goal with a contentious decision in the build up.
final result 2-2

You don't shit yourself about games like this after you've seen some of the shit I've seen supporting us.
We have to improve sometime and there has to be a change back to what we do best with our fastest players in the team at all times I.e ethers and jerome

Footballing wise, it won't be a classic. I expect one goal to win it.
One of our problems is we don't know what to do in games where we are the favourites.

The omens aren't looking good, that's for sure :-
1. QPR are yet to register a league win this season 2. I understand that their last league win was at home to us last season ... 3. ... and that their last away league win was at our place 12 months ago
but b***er the omens, let's just get at them! Be positive Pulis!!!

If we get beat on sat it will because of how much QPR have spent or the ref of bad luck. it wont be because of naive tactics or shocking subs. We have had to sit through far worse than what we have now the difference is we never had a manager have such backing.
