Just been having a gander at the owd '1st half - 2nd half' table & found it rather interesting. It seems that most people on here think we're starting with the wrong team, unyet the tables would perhaps suggest otherwise.
1st half table...
Home P4 - W1 - D3 - L0 - F3 - A1 - Pts 6 Away P6 - W1 - D3 - L2 - F3 - A4 - Pts 6 Overall P10 - W2 - D6 - L2 - F6 - A5 - Pts 12
2nd half table...
Home P4 - W0 - D4 - L0 - F0 - A0 - Pts 4 Away P6 - W0 - D3 - L3 - F2 - A5 - Pts 3 Overall P10 - W0 - D7 - L3 - F2 - A5 - Pts 7
So what does everyone make of that? Is Pulis picking the correct starting 11? Does he make poor substitutions? The 1st half stats seem perfectly acceptable, but the 2nd half stats look shocking.

As someone as said before, you can put loads of stats together and make of them whatever you want. It depends which way you want to interpret them.
You could say that Tone's half time talk is wrong

I think it just shows that it takes a while for teams to break us down, which with the more defensive way we play isn't a surprise.
