Us season ticket holders only have to go up there the once for home tickets, so may as well make a meal of it.

Why is this the ticket office's fault? I got my Colchester tickets earlier today and people were queing outside the John Smiths Stand to get out of the rain.

I went up yesterday to get my season ticket and the queue was fairly. I already filled out the form before I got there so it didn't take too long, it seemed a mix of folk getting season tickets, Bristol City tickets and Leicester tickets. It's not surprising the queue is big to be fair.

I think they should either open the ticket office at the back of the Seddon or open the lotto office in the club shop. They could sell normal match day tickets here so people don't have to queue with the season ticket people.

Cant do the instalments on there mate. Well thats my story anyway. I cant believe people were fillig forms in at the window. They should have a table in the JS concourse (the doors were open) and make people fill in the forms before they get to the window.

They should have told them to fuck off and fill them in, then stand at the back of the queu again.

Well I suppose its better than having nobody queing at all
Just wished they'd open a ticket-office/shop in Newcastle - seeing as there are probably more of us Stokies in and around Castle - than in Hanley

Tried scfcdirect a few times over the last couple of days. I don't think the site can handle a lot of traffic. Shows nothing when trying to view seats against bristol.

And the fucking clowns wanting season tickets why the fuck don't you fill out your forms before you get to the ticket office? ie at bloody home!!! What a fucking shame you had to wait 5 minutes whilst people gave the club £400.00, There were guys up there today who have had a season ticket for 10 years and were told they had to fill a form in (for the first time) to renew their tickets. From what I saw people filling forms in moved to 1 side and let other people get tickets until they were finished. The problem with cunts like you is that you expect the world to revolve around you and that every one should get out of your way so you can quickly buy a ticket for the matches you choose to go to.PRICK

There is also the availability of getting all home tickets inside the Hanley club shop now located in the potteries centre

Don't be such a tit youth. It was nearly 2 hours not five minutes. I'm sure everyone got a letter with a form with it on how to renew their season tickets, so there is no excuse for the dozy twats to be filling them in at the ticket office counter.

It really does make me angry how long it takes to buy tickets. With all the messing about that goes on on those damn computers it takes several minutes even for the simplest of transactions like a home or away match ticket.
Oh for the days at the Vic when you just paid your cash at the turnstile . And even buying a ticket for an away match (the few that were all ticket, but that's another story) you just handed over the cash, they tore the ticket out of a book and the job was done in seconds.
If I was a casual supporter these days I just wouldn't bother- it's too much hastle.
Two hours queing I could live with if was for an FA Cup final, for normal league matches or season tickets it's a disgrace.

I'm dreading what the queue is going to be like tommorrow to renew my season tickets. I have 2 concessions in our party which require proof of age which i didn't need last time, otherwise i would have loved to have applied online

Can't you just phone the box office to renew season tickets or but match tickets anyway? You might be on hold for an hour but that's better than queuing.

Can't understand anyone queueing and filling in forms if they don't HAVE to.
Decided yesterday was the day so thought i'd try online but couldn't be arsed fill my details in so rang up, 70 in queue so hung up, tried an hour later and was 20 in queue so thought happy days, 10 mins later nice young lady asked what i require. Renew season ticket said i, postcode please came response quickly followed by card number and job's a good'un, receipt's in the post.
Stress free, warm, dry and phone call and time all paid for by the firm, happy days indeed.
