Some great coverage on SSN behind the scenes at the Medinah in the locker room.
My favourite non football sporting event.
Europe to edge it, they seem to have a stronger team

The only thing USA have going for them apart from home advantage is they have a youngish team that many haven't had the feeling of losing.
Woods never really seems to turn up for it.
Some of European players seem to save their form for this event

Surprised Fowler wasn't picked for the US team. Excellent match play player.
Europe to win! A whole weekend watching it... lovely!

will have to watch it all on mute all weekend.....the sound of Americans screaming "Get in the hole" when anyone drives off the tee on a 500 yard par 5 is enough to make me want to kick the TV screen in!!!!!! and if any of their "WAGS" start dancing over the green and fairway in their stilletoes whilst we still have a shot to play again................

YEAHHHHH the only thing more annoying is the crowds of Americans urging on that fat bloke on Man V Food when he's trying to devour what is, basically, just elevenses for most of our Stateside cousins! HELLLLL YEAH!!! U..S..A....U...S...A however, it is VERY satisfying when they scream "Get in the hole" only to see the ball veer off wildly into the rough.bloody cavemen!

I have been here for a couple of days now. The course is not set up well for spectators especially the first nine due to the slopes of the fairways. The 17th however is great and will be the key. 190 yd Par 3 amphitheater with a cross wind from an elevated tee. In practice today, Poulter, Donald & Molinari all put the ball in the water only MacDowell of the four put it on the green. Earlier Westwood had put it in the bunker to the left and got nowhere near the pin in 3 attempts. The green is fast and slopes sharply from the bunkers on the left to the water on the right. It's a real bastard if you don't put it on the green. Definitely one of the key holes. I am looking forward to all the fun and games.

Was talking to a few Brits this afternoon. USA only have one song/chant and, no doubt, it will be on display at the 1st tee. The Brits all plan to do the 'Poznan' in response. Not sure how the Americans will react to something (the meaning of which)most of them will be totally unaware of...bemused probably.

Amazing, despite all their skill and experience how the nerves can get to you. Good recoveries from both teams, hole halved.
