I'm debating popping along to watch us in the Central League Cup tonight ( Radio Stoke reported last night that Palacios may feature ). If I do decide to go, I'm assuming it's being played at the Globe Arena, I just wondered if anyone can confirm that for me? 7pm kick off for anyone else who still has dreams of us winning the League Cup this year.

Give Morecambe a bell first Luke.
Unless anything has changed from last night on their website they have it as they're playing Grimsby tonight. And Grimsby's site confirm that.

Hmm I imagine they must be playing Grimsby then. Stoke's official site still has the Morecambe game down as tonight at 7pm, but I trust their websites far more than ours. ;D I'll take your advice and give Morecambe a ring if I do get the urge to go. Cheers

Spinks said that Palacios was being disciplined which is why he was training with the kids yesterday.

This whole Palacios farce gets sadder with every new twist. WTF is going on? I don't get why someone like Higgi didn't play last night either. I'll be honest, I was gutted more of the reserves weren't out. I wanted to see more fringe players. Wilson could have had a rest and I didn't see the need to risk both wingers. Now they're playing a game the next day the hoping they don't get injured card can't be played.

Oh wow, we're making our £8m signing play with the u21's?!
Sends a good message out to potential signings doesn't it Tony......
Signing Palacios is quickly turning into the biggest waste of money since we signed Andrew Davies!

twitter.com/benmouncerNash; Rigg, Keane, Higginbotham; Campbell; Thomas, Arismendi, Palacios, Tonge, Musungu; Rossi. Bachmann, Parry, Hall, Dawson, Clarkson, Glasgow, Richardson.Well, Palacios is starting - so unlikely he's got a move lined up if we're risking him in a nothing game like this? And so is Higgy. I thought the Sentinel used the prevention of injury ahead of a possible loan as the reason for his likely exclusion yesterday?

If there's a few sea breezes in the air Palacios is going to struggle!

The south american axis of Palacios and Arismendi last seen together giving Valencia a bit of a scare! Wow from the Mestalla to the U21's at Morecambe....spectacular fall from grace!
Edit OK Honduras is in Central America, but you get my drift.
