I thought it was the road to Domestos..Ted
Its all about 'rational expectations' really IMO
Each year we expect to do better..thats human nature..and when we don't people become dissapointed
Getting promotion was a massive step for us and the first season in The Prem was amazing Then came the FA Cup Final and last season our European Tour
Of course supporters want to build on this..but do we build on these fantastic achievments by knocking everything down that TP has built?
Thats what a lot of people on this board seem to be suggesting
Bring in 'Arry Redknapp..Why?
This is a Pulis team..evolved over the last 6 seasons..playing the Pulis way..no matter who manages the team it is still a Pulis team..it would take huge amounts of money to changeBringing in a new manager would just confuse and complicate things without any likely improvement..without the money to buy it..
A lot of people are frustrated with TP and his modus-operandi but far better to fine tune what we've got rather than risk another 23 years in the Wilderness by throwing away what we've achieved so far
27,000 every home game people walking round Town with Stoke shirts on instead of Shit Tops
People are Proud To Be Potters...something we havent experienced since the 1970's
These are the real achievments
As long as we're in The Prem we can argue the toss about tactics and team selections..
Just bring in a couple of strikers Tone
